My final edit was easy to complete as there wasn’t many changes from the first edit. I spent my time editing the title cards to be shorter (about 5 seconds) and I also coloured a couple videos so they didn’t look so washed out when I export 4k footage into 1080p HD.
In the image above, as per my feedback, I am playing with the length of title cards, making them shorter. By doing this it makes the title cards punchy and fit in better with the pace of the show.
In the image above I am colouring the “letter to Caitlyn”, I’ve adjusted the exposure and white balance so the footage doesn’t come out too flushed and bright.
In the image above I am colouring the outside footage by adjusting the saturation and vibrance to make the green grass stand out. I also tint the footage with a mix of blue, green and orange to give the ascetics a more outside feel.
